Policies

  • To reserve the Event date, a non refundable deposit of $150.00 is required. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
  • Confirmations and final payment will be due two weeks prior to the Event.  The guest count may increase within the two week period, however; it may not decrease after the confirmation.
  • Serving size takes into account a mixture of women, men and children. If your group is mostly men, ask about our Hearty portions.
  • An 18% Service Fee applies.
  • Gratuity is not included in the invoice. Gratuity is at client's discretion, and is appreciated and graciously accepted.
  • Minimum of 75 Guests required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Events.
  • Minimum of 50 Guests required for week day Events.
